Site Administrator

Exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join Breight Group. Reporting to the Project Manager the successful candidate will work collaboratively on site supporting the maintenance and shutdown teams. 
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in keeping our site operations running smoothly, ensuring our people, processes and resources are organised and ready to go.

• Mobilisation Coordination – Organise flights, accommodation, rosters and site requirements.
• Timesheets & Payroll – Manage timesheets, resolve queries and ensure accurate cost allocations.
• Reporting & Administration – Prepare reports, maintain records and complete data entry.
• Site Supplies & Logistics – Coordinate PPE, consumables, purchase requisitions and deliveries.
• Team Communication – Act as the key link between site operations and corporate teams to keep everything running smoothly

About You:
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings a strong safety-first mindset to everything they do.  To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: 

• Previous site admin experience in a similar role
• Experience in a shutdown environment (highly regarded)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and a commitment to learning and growing
• A team-first approach with confidence and energy
• The ability to build strong working relationships with crews and leadership alike
• Solid time management skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
