Site Administrator - Multiple Contracts | Perth-Based & FIFO 4/3, 8/6 roster options

• $50-$60 per hour, depending on contract and experience
• Immediate, November and December starts
• Contracts from a few weeks to five months

KCA Site Services is recruiting experienced Site Administrators for 04 temporary contracts with leading mining contractors and a major gold producer.

You might want a short FIFO stint, a longer contract through to March, or Perth-based work over Christmas and New Year. One of these should suit, and you're welcome to apply for more than one!

THE CONTRACTS:

1. Perth-based - Mining contractor head office, Perth Airport

• Three 8-day blocks of 12-hour days: 16-23 December, 30 December-6 January and 13-20 January (ideally one person for all three)
• Supporting a drilling services division
• Own transport required; free on-site parking and gym access
• $50 - $55/hr depending on experience

2. FIFO 4/3 - Gold operation, Goldfields WA

• 4/3 roster, 12-hour day shifts Tuesday to Friday (home every weekend)
• Charter flights from Perth
• Start ASAP for approx. 6-8 weeks, beginning with around two weeks' training in Kalgoorlie
• Potential to become a longer-term role, at this site or another, for the right person
• $50-$60/hr depending on experience

3. FIFO 8/6 - Underground mining contractor, through to March

• 8/6 roster, first swing Wednesday 4 to Wednesday 11 November
• Contract runs until the end of March 2027
• $50-$60/hr depending on experience

4. FIFO 8/6 - Underground mining contractor, leave cover

• 8/6 roster, 10 November to 30 December (earlier start possible)
• A different site each swing, with one swing of on-site training to get you started
• Suits someone who picks up new sites and systems quickly
• $50-$60/hr depending on experience

What you'll be doing

Duties vary by site but typically include:

• Data entry, reporting and document control for site operations
• Onboarding new starters, including compliance checks and flight bookings
• Administrative support for the site and project leadership team
• Keeping accurate records and helping improve processes

What you'll need

• Proven site administration experience in mining (FIFO experience highly regarded)
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with INX, SAMS, Pronto or SuccessFactors highly regarded
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• An unencumbered manual C class driver's licence
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen, and to provide a National Police Clearance issued within the last six months
