Site Administrator - FIFO 4:3

About the Role

Maincrew Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for an immediate start on a Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) site in the Pilbara working a 4&3 roster.

If you've done site admin before and know what it takes to keep a FIFO site ticking, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full admin support to the Site Manager, Supervisors, and project teams
• Timesheets, rosters, and personnel tracking (SAP / site systems)
• FIFO travel coordination — flights, camp bookings, accommodation
• Document control — permits, inductions, competency records, safety files
• Purchase orders, goods receipting, and stores/inventory management
• Daily, weekly, and monthly site reporting
• Induction and training compliance tracking
• WHS documentation support — incident reports, toolbox talks, JSAs
• Visitor and contractor sign-in/out management
• Meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes

About You

• Proven site administration experience on mining, resources, or construction sites
• Strong Microsoft Office skills — particularly Excel
• SAP or similar ERP system experience
• Experience managing timesheets and personnel logistics in a FIFO environment
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
• Can work autonomously and juggle competing priorities
• Strong communicator — written and verbal

You'll Also Need

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Valid WA Driver's Licence (C Class minimum)
• National Police Clearance (less than 6 months, or willing to obtain)
• Pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening
• Unrestricted Australian working rights

Bonus Points

• Previous experience on FMG sites
• Current FMG site induction
• First Aid certificate
• Cert III/IV in Business Administration
• Working at Heights / Confined Space tickets
