Site Administrator - FIFO

To support our continual growth, we are searching for casual FIFO site administrators to join our Norwest Personnel team.

• Must be available for - 12/11/26 – 25/11/26

The Job

• Shutdowns – Join the rotation and jump on work where available
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience working in an admin role on-site
• Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required.
• Other operational support as required.
• Assist with timesheets and payroll queries.

• Weekly Pay & recognition for tenure and quality of work
• Current Tier 1 site inductions within the Pilbara are advantageous.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• FIFO Ex Perth

Essential Requirements

• Australian Drivers Licence
• OHS Construction White/Blue Card
• Experience within a Mine Site Administrator Role

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in administration or a similar role
• Prior experience utilising SharePoint
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Superb interpersonal skills – key for candidate and internal stakeholder engagement!
• Clear and concise communication skills – both oral and verbal
