The Job:

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager and Quality Manager in coordinating and supervising site works, ensuring works, records and safety measures comply with contractual requirements, drawings and specifications, and managing site personnel for effective execution of the Works

Requirements:

• Member of HKICW (MHKICW) with at least 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, including a minimum of 2 years in building maintenance works; OR
• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent, with at least 5 years’ relevant post‑qualification experience, including a minimum of 3 years in building maintenance works.
• Practical experience in HKHA maintenance project is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience or qualifications will be considered for the position of Assistant Site Agent.
