Site Agent

Responsibilities:

• Report to Site Division Manager or Project Department Manager.
• Work closely with Contract Division and Project Coordination Division to lead a working team to establish and control all construction issues and ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the building project meet client and statutory requirements.
• Responsible to coordinate and monitor all daily operations at site.
• Responsible for overall construction site planning and projection, construction activities, all relevant report, site meeting and completion of works on time and within budget.
• To ensure smooth progress and efficient running of all construction works adhere to quality control policy, in accordance with specifications standards, quality guidance, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations.
• To ensure all the structural, architectural and M&E works are in accordance with the project drawings, specifications and schedules.
• To assist the division manager or department manager in the execution of project quality plan.
• Ensure all company assets and machinery in construction site are properly managed and controlled.
• Take ownership of overall deliverables.
• To identify and record any construction quality problem.
• To control further construction of non-conformance until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
• Continuously improve on existing department work to increase efficiency and raise service and quality standards.
• Appointed as internal auditor.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field.
• Preferably managers specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
