Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of waste transfer station infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion
- Supervise subcontractors, site resources, and interface workflows to optimize productivity
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities (EPD, CLP, CEDD) for statutory compliance
About you
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management
- Holder of TCP T3 / T4 / T5
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience with a Main Contractor, preferably in environmental or civil earthworks
- Practical experience or formal training in NEC4 contract administration is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and independent problem-solving skills
- Familiar with local environmental regulations
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
