Site Agent / Sub-Agent

Company Overview

Darwin Engineering Limited is a medium construction contractor in Hong Kong and is approved by the Development Bureau in Group "B" under "Roads & Drainage" category and "RGBC" in the Building Department.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• A corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in a Civil Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years of chartered experience.
• Preferably has experience in road and drainage projects.

Job Duties

• Responsible for construction management, planning, contract administration, and site coordination.
• Liaises and coordinates with site personnel, client representatives, and subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to specifications, work procedures, and quality control standards. Less experience will be considered as Sub-Agent.
• Works in Kowloon & New Territories.
