Site Agent/ Sub Agent (Waterworks)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise water main and waterworks projects, including trenchless works, to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery.
• Oversee daily site operations, construction activities, subcontractors, workforce, materials, and plant resources.
• Coordinate with the Client, Engineer, utility undertakers, government authorities, and other stakeholders on project matters.
• Prepare and review work programmes, method statements, technical submissions, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and environmental performance, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Assist in contract administration, including NEC contracts, site records, progress reporting, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Attend site meetings, resolve technical and construction issues, and ensure effective coordination among all project parties.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contract specifications, and company policies.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• For Site Agent, Applicant hold a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline with MHKIE (Civil) or an equivalent professional qualification, and have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in water main works under a main contractor, including experience in site operations and contract management. Experience in NEC contract administration will be an advantage.;
• For Sub Agent, Applicant shall hold a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline with at least 2 years of experience in water main works, including substantial experience in trenchless works, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) with a minimum of 8 years of site experience in trenchless works management. Experience in utility, infrastructure, or waterworks projects will be an advantage.;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
