Job Description – Billing Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for project billing, quantity verification, BOQ preparation, subcontractor billing, and cost tracking for interior/construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client and subcontractor bills.
• Verify site measurements and quantities.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and estimation sheets.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for billing approvals.
• Track variations, extra items, and project costs.
• Maintain billing records and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare billing and cost MIS reports.
• Regularly visit project sites, take accurate measurements, and verify quantities of executed work for billing.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely and accurate measurement and billing

Requirements

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in interior fit-out/construction projects preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
