Job Summary

We are looking for a Site / App Migration Coordinator to lead and coordinate site-level business transitions, infrastructure migrations, and application transformation activities. The role requires strong coordination across business, IT, infrastructure, security, manufacturing, and external service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning, coordination, and execution for migrations and business transitions.
• Coordinate between business, IT, application, infrastructure, security, and service provider teams.
• Conduct site readiness assessments and support migration planning.
• Manage migration schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate cutover, deployment, stabilization, and hypercare activities.
• Organize governance meetings, review sessions, and migration command center activities.
• Work closely with business leaders, manufacturing, shopfloor, and site IT teams.
• Prepare and manage PIRs, site readiness documents, migration reports, and transition artifacts.
• Track project milestones and ensure compliance with program governance.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports.
• Coordinate lessons learned, transition closure, and project completion activities.
