Site Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, particularly architectural finishes and sintered stone installation works.
• Oversee the installation of sintered stone, slabs, panels, tiles, and other finishing materials to ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, joints, and overall workmanship.
• Review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure that site installation follows the approved design.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, installers, suppliers, and other project personnel regarding site requirements and installation concerns.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects, discrepancies, or workmanship issues requiring correction.
• Ensure that materials delivered to the site are in accordance with approved specifications, quantity, quality, and required dimensions.
• Monitor the progress of finishing works and ensure that activities are completed within the agreed project schedule.
• Coordinate measurements, site dimensions, and actual conditions prior to fabrication and installation of sintered stone and other finishes.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues that may affect installation, quality, or project completion.
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, punch lists, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with the project team regarding manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources needed for site activities.
• Ensure that proper safety procedures and site regulations are observed by workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct final inspections and coordinate rectification of punch-list items prior to project turnover.
• Perform other site supervision and project-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Preferably a licensed Architect or Engineer, but not required depending on experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction, architectural finishes, fit-out, or stone installation projects.
• Experience in supervising sintered stone, stone slabs, tiles, cladding, countertops, or other architectural finishing works is an advantage.
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction methods, finishing works, site measurements, and quality control.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and travel to project locations as required.
• Able to manage multiple site activities and coordinate effectively with contractors and project teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant technical software is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
