Job Description
AAAS is currently seeking a site-based Site Architect Engineer to join our Supervision team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
· Supervising construction activities to ensure strict compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.
· Conducting regular site inspections to monitor quality of workmanship, materials, and adherence to approved architectural details.
· Resolving design-related issues that arise during construction and providing technical solutions in coordination with the design team.
· Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation from an architectural perspective.
· Liaising between the design office and contractors to ensure accurate translation of architectural concepts into built form.
· Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements specific to architectural elements.
· Documenting site progress through reports, photographs, and daily logs with emphasis on architectural finishes and details.
· Coordinating with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to maintain design integrity and resolve interface issues.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
· Minimum 8+ years of experience in architectural design and site supervision, with at least 5 years on mixed-use, residential, and/or industrial projects in the UAE/GCC region.
· UAE-registered Architect or Architectural Engineer license preferred.
· Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, ADSSC/ADDC regulations, and municipal approval processes.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with BIM coordination is a plus.
· Excellent eye for architectural detail, finishes, and spatial quality.
· Strong communication skills to effectively interface with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
· Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and ensure their precise execution on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
