Site Architect

About the Role

HML Technologies and Services, Inc. is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Site Architect to join our project team in Brgy. Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring architectural works, preparing and reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring that construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, dimensions, materials, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and other project personnel regarding architectural works and site concerns.
• Review architectural plans and identify discrepancies, design conflicts, and necessary revisions.
• Assist in preparing and processing Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Approval (RFA), material submittals, and other technical documentation.
• Monitor the progress of architectural works and ensure alignment with project schedules and requirements.
• Verify architectural materials and finishes against approved specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site inspection reports, progress updates, and architectural documentation.
• Perform other architectural and project-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in building construction, preferably in commercial, institutional, or hospital projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design software.
• Knowledgeable in architectural construction methods, finishing works, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Familiar with construction standards, building codes, and site quality control procedures.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned full-time at the project site in Brgy. Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite.
