Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Architect cum Project Coordinator with 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural site supervision, construction coordination, and project management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site operations, architectural finishes, construction materials, QA/QC, BOQs, quantity take-offs, technical documentation, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily architectural and construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Review and coordinate IFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, finishes, and QA/QC requirements.
• Identify site issues, defects, and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, verify measurements, and assist with BOQs and variations.
• Follow up on RFIs, material submittals, technical submissions, and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, site activities, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate snagging, de-snagging, completion, and final handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in site architecture and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and architectural finishes.
• Good understanding of QA/QC, BOQs, quantity surveying, measurements, and variations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience with IFC drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals, and site documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural software.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid driving license; personal vehicle is preferred.
• Candidates with a valid NOC and ready-to-transfer status are preferred.
