Site Assessment Engineer

Translate customer requirements into technical packages suitable for review, purchasing, and installation through accurate surveys, load assessments, and system design. Reduce rework and costs caused by incomplete site information, design omissions, or equipment incompatibility. Be accountable for the accuracy of survey records, calculations, drawings, BOMs, design assumptions, and versions prepared. The Technical Supervisor owns review and technical release; documents requiring professional signing must be handled by appropriately qualified and authorized personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education in electrical engineering, electronics, energy, or a related field preferred, with appropriate qualifications for regulated duties.

• Preferably at least one year of solar design, electrical design, or site assessment experience. Junior staff may be developed under defined supervision.

• Ability to interpret equipment documentation, prepare calculations, produce technical drawings, and compile BOMs.

• Use CAD, spreadsheets, and company-designated design or estimation tools.

• Understand the fundamentals of PV, inverters, storage, protection, grounding, and compatibility.

• Demonstrate site observation, accurate documentation, technical communication, and escalation skills.

• Attend scheduled site work and follow safety and access requirements.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
