As target of building the first Women only Technical team company in UAE
The Site Associate will be responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance activities, and project execution at assigned facilities. This role requires strong ability to manage contractors and maintenance teams effectively.
Company Vehicle will be provided
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities at assigned sites
Conduct regular site inspections
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems
Manage and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree
experience in facilities management or building maintenance
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid driving license mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
