Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Site-Based Engineers to oversee construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site resources.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction site experience.
• UAE construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, technical drawings, and construction standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Preference: Candidates with experience working on large-scale construction projects and with Tier 1 contractors

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
