Site Building Services Engineer

A construction firm seeks a proactive Site Building Services Engineer to assist in Site management supporting and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination with BS subcontractors and liaise with clients and consultants for site works
• Reports, submission, schedules, equipment, drawings and documentural handling
• Monitor site work progress, workmanship and safety standard for construction works
• Office and outgoing work to construction site

Requirements

• Min. Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related academic qualifications.
• Strong communication, organization and skills in use of MS Office
• Fluent speak and writing in Cantonese and English
• Knowledge of project or engineering software (e.g AutoCAD) is appreciated
