- Visit construction sites and potential clients across Dubai/UAE
- Generate new site inquiries, leads, and business opportunities
- Meet contractors, consultants, engineers, and property representatives
- Introduce and promote company services
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain business relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma
- Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory
- Experience in construction/technical services/site business development preferred
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE locations and construction market
- Able to work independently and conduct regular site visits
- Own car is highly preferred
