What they need
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards, and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all civil construction activities (earthworks, foundations, concrete, steel, finishing)
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE building codes
- Conduct quality inspections and approve material submittals
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and consultants
- Attend site meetings and resolve design or site issues
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Monitor workforce productivity, materials, and equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of site experience, preferably in UAE/GCC
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willing to work on-site and handle shift duties
