Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – High-Rise Tower Project

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our project team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience in High-Rise / Tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good coordination skills with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC, and MEP teams.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution requirements.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and Method Statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, QA/QC, MEP, and other project teams.
• Monitor progress and quality of works.
• Review drawings and coordinate technical requirements.
• Report site progress and technical issues to the Project Engineer / Construction Manager.
