Civil Engineer (G+1 Approved)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality G+1 approval to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of residential and commercial construction projects while ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage G+1 building construction projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.

Requirements:

• Attested bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval
• Minimum 1-2 years of construction experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
