We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our maintenance and construction team in Ajman, UAE.

The successful candidate will support site operations, coordinate with the workforce and subcontractors, monitor work progress, and assist with the technical and documentation requirements of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor construction, civil, structural, RCC, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel.
• Review drawings and provide support with site requirements.
• Check work quality, materials, and progress.
• Take site measurements and assist with quantity calculations.
• Prepare basic site reports and project documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures and site requirements.
• Assist with project completion, inspections, and handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Previous UAE construction or maintenance experience.
• Good understanding of civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the site workforce is preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Salary

AED 3,000 per month as a starting salary, with the final package based on qualifications and relevant experience.
