As a Site Civil Project Engineer , you'll gain hands-on experience in designing and optimizing essential water and wastewater systems, all while collaborating with experienced engineers from various fields who will mentor and guide you. What You’ll Do: As a Site Civil Project Engineer, you’ll be involved in a variety of design tasks, including:

• Developing and optimizing conveyance systems for treatment plant processes
• Creating detailed site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management designs
• Designing site access, paving, and distribution systems, including piping and pump stations
• Planning and evaluating collection systems, including interceptor and outfall piping

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 0-2 years experience in site civil design
• Engineer in Training (EIT), or ability to obtain registration within 6 months of hire
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine enthusiasm for engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering discipline
• Familiarity with Autodesk software, including AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with site layout or land development, utility piping, grading, drainage systems, and exposure to water and wastewater facilities
• Active involvement in professional organizations
