About the role

Iswarabena Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and organised Site Clerk to join our team in Klang, Selangor. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to contribute to the success of our growing company. As a Site Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the on-site construction team, ensuring efficient project management and seamless day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project activities, materials, and personnel
• Coordinating communication between the on-site team, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Scheduling and arranging meetings, site visits, and other events
• Assisting with procurement and inventory management of project supplies and equipment
• Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the construction or a related industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
