What they need
Communication & Coordination: Act as the main link between clients, project managers, contractors, and on-site workers.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the site follows all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Resource & Material Management: Track inventory, manage equipment, and coordinate material deliveries.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track schedules, and prepare progress reports for management.
Key Requirements
- Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Prior experience in project coordination, site supervision, or a related operational role.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project tracking software, spreadsheets (MS Excel), and industry-specific tools (like AutoCAD for construction)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
