Site Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Technical Compliance Manager to join our Technical Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a food manufacturing professional who is passionate about food safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The right candidate will:

• Responsible for the Technical operation and systems for the site
• Maintaining technical standards, in line with legislation, food safety, quality and integrity as well as customer requirements
• Responsible for customer visits, audits and overall KPI performance
• Ensuring the members of the technical team are also effectively implementing and managing in line with legislative, food safety, integrity, quality as well as customer operating standards.
• Maintain and oversee the HACCP Food Safety Plan and TACCP risk assessments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

What you will need:

• Food-related qualification
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar food manufacturing role
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• HACCP Level 4, Advanced Food Hygiene, and Audit Training are desirable

Experience:

• HACCP: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
