Site Contract Administrator

Artmin Madencilik which is owned by Lidya Madencilik as a subsidiary of Çalık Holding, is looking for an experienced Site Contract Administrator to join its Supply Chain team for Hod Maden Project in Artvin. The role will administer contracts with site contractors and subcontractors, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate with the project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for site contractors and subcontractors, from preparation to close-out.
• Monitor contractual compliance on site and intervene in case of deviations
• Track contractor performance against budget, schedule, and quality targets
• Handle contract negotiations, revisions, breaches, and disputes in coordination with the legal department
• Report contract performance and updates to Supply Chain Manager
• Achieve coordination between the site contracts team and other Project teams and ensure compliance with HSE and ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, change management, including hands-on contractor and subcontractor management
• Strong ability to interpret legal and contractual texts
• Experience in mining, construction, energy, or infrastructure projects is a plus
• Good command of English; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PP) and ERT systems material management module usage knowledge and experience (SAP MM modules must) (Primavera or MS Project is a plus)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on site in Artvin, with on-call availability when required
