Site Control Engineer (BMS, CCTV, IoT Device, Controls Interface) DP8

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and operation of construction-site CCTV and storage systems
• Coordinate electronic access-control systems for workers, visitors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Coordinate integration between access control, CCTV and security systems.
• Assist IT personnel with network troubleshooting and system upgrades.
• Coordinate communications and control interfaces with electrical, mechanical and building-services systems.
• Support project software platforms such as BIM, document control, and project management tools
• Coordinate interfaces between CCTV, access control, intercom, fire alarm, lift, security and other relevant products.
• Ensure reliable connectivity for IoT devices at sites.
• Supervise subcontractors installing control panels, cabling, sensors, field instruments, and communication products etc.
• Assist the Project Manager in identifying abnormal conditions and communication failures.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting from site monitoring systems.
• Coordinate communications works with structural, architectural, electrical and M&E activities.
• Monitor safe working practices for cabling, equipment installation and testing activities**.**

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering with control and communications background preferred.
• Knowledge on communication and ELV systems.
