Site Controller

Key responsibilities

• Lead product costing and standard costing processes
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Conduct manufacturing performance analysis
• Oversee working capital management and inventory controls
• Manage capital expenditure governance
• Provide actionable financial insights
• Drive cost-saving initiatives
• Support compliance and audit requirements
• Promote financial awareness across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing finance, controlling, or FP&A, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing finance
• SAP-based costing and controlling processes knowledge
• Inventory management experience
• Business partnering capability
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience within a multinational manufacturing environment
