Site Coordinator (Architect & M&E)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction works at project site, ensuring works are completed smoothly and according to project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities at project site, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports to the Project Manager.
• Report to the immediate superior on daily project progress and site matters.
• Arrange regular coordination meetings with workers and sub-contractors to ensure progress is aligned with the targeted schedule and resolve site issues.
• Attend site meetings and technical meetings with clients, consultants and relevant parties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in main construction projects.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, M&E or related disciplines.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Required skills: MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
