Site Coordinator - Balayan, Batangas

Criteria and Responsibilities:

• Must be a resident of Balayan, Batangas, nearby areas, or WILLING TO RELOCATE to Balayan.
• Graduate of a 2-year technical/vocational course, preferably Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management Technology
• 1–3 years construction/site experience preferred
• Fresh graduates of Architecture and Engineering are also welcome.
• Can take photos/videos and prepare simple daily site reports
• Can communicate properly with foremen and workers
• Can monitor attendance, deliveries, materials and site activities
• Will be assigned to handle a single construction project located in Balayan, Batangas.
• Hardworking, resourceful, well-organized and honest.
• Required to report to the Lipa office every Monday for weekly meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
