JOB VACANCY | SITE COORDINATOR

Position: Site Coordinator

Location: Project Site, Malaysia

Requirements

1. No specific educational qualification required;

2. Open to all genders;

3. No specific work experience required. Candidates with experience in construction, M&E installation, data center, factory projects, or related industries will be given preference;

4. Basic communication skills in either Chinese or English;

5. Responsible, hardworking, and able to work effectively at a project site;

6. Able to assist the project team with site coordination, document preparation, communication, and daily activities;

7. Candidates with practical experience in construction sites or engineering projects are preferred;

8. Willing to work according to project requirements and site arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Project Manager and engineering team with daily site coordination;

* Coordinate and communicate with site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers;

* Assist in preparing and maintaining project documents, reports, and site records;

* Assist in following up on site progress and manpower arrangements;

* Assist with daily administrative and coordination activities at the project site;

* Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
