Site Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight Manage day to day operations of the site ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. This included coordinating schedules, managing resources and maintain a safe work environment.

Team Coordination – Act as a liaison between staff, management, and other stake holders, supervise and manage site staff, including scheduling, training and performance evaluations.

Project Management – Oversee project timelines and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This may involve coordinating with contractors and subcontractors in construction settings.

Compliance and Safety – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. This includes monitoring safety protocols and providing training to employees.

Administrative Support – Handle Logistics. Maintain records and manage budgets. Address client inquiries and feedback to enhance service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Engineering degree/Diploma preferably in Civil
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies

Experience

Min 6+ years in similar role with Engineering and construction company. Preference to Steel structure project experience**.**
