Site Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• • Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.
• • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) accurately based on drawings and project requirements.
• • Prepare and evaluate quotations from vendors/suppliers.
• • Handle procurement and purchase activities, including vendor coordination, enquiry, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• • Source materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability.
• • Compare vendor quotations and assist in selecting suitable suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery.
• • Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements and project specifications.
• • Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, vendor details, and procurement documentation.
