Position: Site Coordinator
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000
Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site activities and work schedules.
• Coordinate site workers, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor civil, maintenance, renovation and fit-out works.
• Ensure materials, manpower and tools are available as required.
• Conduct regular site visits and follow up on work progress.
• Coordinate with clients and building management.
• Check work quality and ensure proper completion.
• Report project progress, site issues and material requirements to management.
• Follow up on snags, rectification and project handover.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness and proper work practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3+ years UAE experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Experience in building maintenance, fit-out and renovation.
• Good knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
