Site Coordinator – Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with workers, supervisors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure project requirements are followed.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
• Communicate project updates and site requirements to management.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Supervise manpower and allocate tasks as required.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.
• Assist in planning work schedules and coordinating resources.
• Monitor attendance and workforce requirements.
• Support inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Maintain proper communication between the site and office team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Assist management in achieving project targets within the planned time and budget.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION

Diploma in civil or other related activity

Pay: ₹10,498.84 - ₹20,000.00 per month
