• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor daily work progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other site requirements.
• Follow up on material deliveries and ensure timely availability at the site.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site issues and coordination problems.
• Monitor the quality of construction work and report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily site records, work reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure site activities follow safety, quality, and company requirements.
• Attend site meetings and communicate instructions to the concerned teams.
• Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion.
• Assist the project team in maintaining the overall construction schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction/site coordination is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a construction site environment.

Pay: ₹10,498.84 - ₹34,392.30 per month
