Site Coordinator

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site coordination, project coordination, construction, or engineering.

3. Good knowledge of site operations and project coordination.

4. Familiar with HSE requirements and site safety regulations.

5. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

6. Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project is an added advantage.

8. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and project documents.

9. Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Coordination

• Coordinate daily site activities and conduct site inspections.
• Monitor site progress and report delays or issues.
• Ensure site activities are completed according to requirements and timelines.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Review engineering drawings and project documents.
• Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.
• Update project schedules and report progress to management.

3. Material & Project Coordination

• Monitor material usage, labour, and project costs.
• Coordinate with relevant teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Follow up on site issues and project deliverables.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Support site safety procedures and inspections.
• Ensure site activities comply with quality and safety requirements.

5. General Duties

• Provide support to junior team members when required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Operations.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
