Site Coordinator

Work Location: KEMPAS

Working Days: 6 days per week, 8am-5pm including 1.5 hours of lunch break

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Site Coordinator to support daily site operations and coordinate administrative and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and follow up on outstanding matters with the project team.
• Assist in preparing, organizing and maintaining project documents, reports and records.
• Coordinate communication between site personnel, head office, subcontractors and other relevant parties.
• Follow up on work progress, material deliveries and site requirements.
• Maintain updated records of site activities, submissions and ongoing matters.
• Assist with meetings, scheduling and other site coordination tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the project management team.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to read, write and speak Mandarin to communicate with relevant parties.
• Organised, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work on-site in a construction or data centre project environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
