Salary: £26,436.80 Monday – Friday 0830 – 1730

Lexus Stockport is growing and seeking a Site Co-Ordinator / Driver to join their team and provide an exceptional and professional vehicle collection and delivery service for both the Sales and Service Departments, ensuring customers receive a luxury, hassle-free experience. The role is also responsible for maintaining an organised dealership car park, ensuring parking spaces are readily available for customers and that vehicle movements are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include the collection and delivery of customer vehicles on behalf of the Service Department. Support the Sales Department with vehicle movements and customer deliveries as required. Ensure all vehicles are always handled safely and professionally. Complete vehicle condition checks before collection and delivery. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding collection and delivery arrangements. Represent the dealership in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner. Deliver a luxury and personalised experience for every customer interaction. Act as an ambassador for the dealership, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and attention to detail. Ensure customers feel valued and receive a seamless service from collection through to vehicle return.

Car park and vehicle management duties include maintaining an organised and efficient dealership car park. Ensure customer parking spaces are always available and accessible. Manage vehicle movements to maximise available parking and storage capacity. Support the Sales and Service teams by ensuring vehicles are parked in designated locations. Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional forecourt environment. Cover for service Customer Cleaning during busy periods
