Site Coordinator (Inventory & Timekeeping)

Responsible for coordinating daily site operations, monitoring construction materials inventory, and recording worker attendance to support efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between site engineers, workers, and purchaser/suppliers
• Monitor and manage site inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Record and track daily attendance of workers and subcontractors
• Maintain inventory and attendance records using Excel or site reports
• Check incoming and outgoing materials on site
• Prepare material requests and coordinate with purchasing
• Verify material deliveries against purchase orders
• Monitor issuance and return of tools and equipment
• Prepare daily or weekly site reports
• Assist site engineer with site documentation and coordination

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Preferably 1–2 years experience in construction site coordination or inventory control
• Familiar with construction materials and jobsite operations is an advantage
• Knowledge in Excel or inventory tracking
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Willing to work on-site and perform physical inventory checks
