Site Coordinator - Midwest Market

Candidates must be willing and able to travel full-time (100% travel requirement).

SUMMARY: The Site Coordinator helps maximize field production by ensuring that jobsites are organized, materials are staged, and there are no delays waiting on tools and equipment. They manage all inventory and supplies on site and make sure the site is ready for work at the beginning of the day and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Essential Job Functions

• Organize and manage jobsite materials, supplies & equipment to maximize production

• Deliver all materials in a timely manner to point of use in a useable format to crews

• Proactively ensure that tools and equipment are in working order

• Receive delivered materials, inspect them for damage and inventory them

• Load and unload jobsite materials

• Maintain Kojo inventory

• Manage materials quality inspection program

• Manage fuel supplies to eliminate field down time

• Collect excess materials and return to warehouse stock

• Prepare job site for the beginning of the work day and at the end of the workday get it ready for the next day

• Unlock and secure site access

• Inspect and fuel vehicles prior to beginning shift

• Stage materials for crews

• Charge cordless tool batteries

• Retire and request tool replacement orders

• Maintain jobsite organization and cleanliness

• Regularly collect scrap & waste to keep site clean and safe and allow crews to concentrate on building

• Maintain traffic flow on site

• Maintain trash and recycling areas

• Ensure safe walking paths

• Maintain signage and barricades

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Working knowledge of construction, quality, safety and OSHA guidelines
• This position requires up to 100% travel and the ability to work at various locations as business needs dictate. Per diem may be provided to employees who qualify under the company's Travel and Per Diem Policy.
• Preferred qualifications are:
• Vocational school training or Equipment Operation Certification

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, walk, lift, squat, push, pull, climb stairs, ladders and possibly towers, hear, see, reach, grasp and use hands and fingers to operate a computer key board, telephone, power tools, and equipment. The employee must have the ability to occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.

Working Environment While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme weather conditions, including heat and cold, and wet or humid. The employee may work in high places, and/or work around moving mechanical parts, vehicles and other equipment. The employee may also work in areas where the noise volume is loud and constant. The employee must have the ability to work overtime and to travel to remote job sites approximately 60 – 80% of their work week which will include overnight stays.
