Site Coordinator (Relocation)

Key Responsibilities

Support daily onsite relocation activities to ensure equipment and assets are moved according to the approved relocation plan.

Manage asset inventories, equipment labelling, data entry and tracking records using Microsoft Excel.

Verify equipment identification, asset information and movement status before and after relocation.

Prepare and maintain relocation documentation, checklists, inventory records and daily activity reports.

Escort and monitor relocation vendors and contractors while performing onsite activities.

Coordinate loading bay access, cargo lift arrangements and equipment transportation between locations.

Assist with equipment movement coordination, site readiness checks and relocation progress monitoring.

Identify and report asset discrepancies, equipment damage, movement delays and operational issues.

Provide onsite administrative and operational support to the Lead Relocation Coordinator.

Follow site safety regulations, security procedures and relocation work instructions.

Requirements

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

This is a 10-months contract job.

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, asset management, site coordination or relocation projects preferred.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Able to communicate effectively with vendors, contractors and project stakeholders.

Willing to perform onsite operational duties and work according to project schedules.
