Job Description – Senior Site Coordinator

About the Role

Homsense is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Coordinator/Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site coordination, work closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, good understanding of site execution, and experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, CAD designers, Electricians and internal teams.
• Coordinate smart home automation installation and project execution at client sites.
• Monitor site readiness, wiring, installation schedules and project milestones.
• Coordinate with technical and programming teams to ensure timely completion.
• Track site progress, report issues and maintain project documentation.
• Support testing, inspections and project handover.

Eligibility

• BE Civil / Electrical / ECE / EEE, as applicable to the role.
• Relevant site coordination or site engineering experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Two-wheeler mandatory; willing to travel to project sites as required
