Site Coordinator / Supervisor (Construction) | 工地协调员 / 主管

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in day-to-day site operations.
• Act as interpreter and coordinator between Main Contractor and Chinese project team.
• Translate instructions from the Main Contractor (Malay/English) to Chinese staff, and vice versa.
• Support Chinese managers in issuing instructions to local workers (Chinese ↔ Malay translation).
• Assist in recruitment, documentation, and office administration tasks.
• Help with materials inquiry and basic procurement tasks.
• Able to drive to project sites (using own car).

Requirements:

• Proficient in Malay, English, and Chinese (spoken & written).
• Preferably with experience in construction industry, but not mandatory.
• Good communication, coordination, and translation skills.
• Must have own car and valid driving license.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
