Site Coordinator / Supervisor (Scaffolding & Formwork)

About the role

Monitor and coordinate daily scaffolding and formwork activities at customer project sites. Liaise with customers to arrange and coordinate the delivery, collection, return and movement of rented construction materials. Conduct site visits to monitor material loading, unloading, delivery, collection and packing activities. Provide on-site technical assistance and operational guidance to customers regarding the proper assembly, dismantling, handling and packing of scaffolding and formwork systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily scaffolding and formwork activities at customer project sites
• Liaise with customers to arrange and coordinate the delivery, collection, return and movement of rented construction materials
• Conduct site visits to monitor material loading, unloading, delivery, collection and packing activities
• Provide on-site technical assistance and operational guidance to customers regarding the proper assembly, dismantling, handling and packing of scaffolding and formwork systems
• Provide basic operational training to customers' site personnel on the proper handling and assembly of materials
• Coordinate with transportation teams to confirm material availability, delivery schedules, collection arrangements and stock requirements
• Verify material quantities and conditions against delivery orders, collection records and other relevant documents
• Identify and report material shortages, damage, operational risks and other issues that may affect project progress or material movement
• Ensure that site activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and applicable safety requirements
• Prepare and submit site visit reports, material movement records and other relevant documentation as required

About you

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related field will be an advantage

• Experience in scaffolding, formwork systems, construction materials rental, construction site operations or material coordination is preferred

• Basic knowledge of scaffolding and formwork systems, material handling and construction site operations

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently, demonstrate initiative and manage site-related tasks effectively

• Responsible, reliable, trustworthy and able to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers

• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to customer project sites as required

• Willing to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements
