Site Coordinator with PW4 Certification

About the role

To monitor and coordinate construction, renovation and maintenance projects from site commencement until completion. The candidate will be responsible for overall site coordination, progress monitoring, workmanship, subcontractor coordination and ensuring works are completed according to drawings, specifications, quality and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of construction and renovation works and ensure projects follow the approved schedule and agreed completion dates
• Conduct regular site visits and identify delays, defects and site issues
• Take site photos and provide progress updates to management
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and approved scope
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers and suppliers at site and monitor manpower deployment
• Coordinate different trades such as civil, architectural, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, signage, etc.
• Monitor and coordinate electrical installation works at construction sites and check electrical works against drawings and requirements
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained, identify defects and ensure rectification is completed
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain site photos and progress records
• Monitor final outstanding works and defects, coordinate testing, rectification and completion

About you

• Must possess a valid PW4 Electrical Competency Certificate
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction / renovation / M&E / maintenance projects
• Able to understand construction drawings and electrical drawings
• Good knowledge of electrical works and able to monitor electrical installation works
• Able to coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Able to work independently and solve site issues
• Valid driving licence
• Willing to travel to different project sites
