Site Designer - Interior Design Renovation

Job Scope:

• Oversee full project management, including planning, design, and execution.
• Manage all on-site operations, including costing, contract administration, delivery coordination, and project progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and various trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical requirements, and safety standards meet statutory and client expectations.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and drawings.
• Review and analyze drawings, regulatory requirements, and tender specifications.
• Liaise with clients on project matters and follow up on potential new projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing interior design or related design projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work after office hours and perform under pressure to meet project deadlines.
